By default, all orders ship for a $3 flat rate. You can add other upgrades (read the rest of this section.)

Everything is shipped via the US Postal Service. Most things go out in a small white box filled with bright colored/polka dotted tissue paper. Larger items either go out in a larger box or, in some cases, a padded envelope. Most items ship within a week (often the next day.) Allow two weeks for orders to ship. Backorders are noted whenever possible, but orders are shipped complete to keep shipping cost down.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is a flat rate of $3. This will be added to your cart automatically at check out. Your package will usually take about 7 to 14 days to arrive after it ships, but every once in a while can stretch as long as 6 weeks and is completely dependent on the customs department in your country.

INTERNATIONAL INSURANCE
If your order is shipping to ITALY or TURKEY insurance is highly recommended and usually costs between $10 and $15US. If you chose not to add insurance to your order it ships at your own risk and Lusterstudio.com will NOT be responsible for packages that do not make it to their destination. We're sorry to do this, but these countries have become completely unreliable about delivering orders.

Add the shopping cart item below to include a $15 insurance charge to your order. If insurance costs less than $15 you will be refunded the difference, every country has a different rate and they change constantly so there's no way to predict the exact price.

Shipping Upgrade Options:
To get your things faster you can upgrade to Priority Shipping in the US. That costs an additional $4. Add the item below to your cart and I'll ship your things Priority, as quickly as possible. Standard processing time still applies.

The shopping cart is run by ejunkie.com and payments are processed by paypal.com. It's fast and easy, and you don't have to register with them if you don't want. They accept credit cards and e-checks.

We also accept checks and money orders in US currency. If you'd like to do that, read over the next category.

You can email us any time for any reason at luster@lusterstudio.com. Don't be offended it if takes a day or two for us to email you back. We get an amazing amount of email. Always be sure to double check the site for answers - we try to give you as much information as possible!
