Shipping Info and Options:

Everything is shipped via the US Postal Service. Most things go out in a small white box filled with bright colored/polka dotted tissue paper. Larger items either go out in a larger box or, in some cases, a padded envelope. Most items ship within a week (often the next day.) Allow two weeks for orders to ship. Backorders are noted whenever possible, but orders are shipped complete to keep shipping cost down.
Standard shipping is 1st class, and US/Canada shipping is included in any order over $20 (it's just $3 for orders under $20, and will be added to your cart automatically.)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is an aditional $3. This will be added to your cart automatically at check out. Your package will usually take about 7 to 14 days to arrive after it ships, but every once in a while can stretch as long as 6 weeks and is completely dependent on the customs department in your country.

INTERNATIONAL INSURANCE

If your order is shipping to ITALY or TURKEY insurance is highly recommended. You will recieve an invoice for insurance after you order, usually totaling between $10 and $15US. If you chose not to add insurance to your order it ships at your own risk and Lusterstudio.com will NOT be responsible for packages that do not make it to their destination. We're sorry to do this, but these countries have become completely unreliable about delivering orders.

Shipping Upgrade Options:
To get your things faster you can upgrade to Priority Shipping in the US. That costs an additional $4. Add the item below to your cart and I'll ship your things Priority, as quickly as possible. Standard processing time still applies.

Payment Options:

The shopping cart is run by ejunkie.com and payments are processed by paypal.com. It's fast and easy, and you don't have to register with them if you don't want. They accept credit cards and e-checks.

We also accept checks and money orders in US currency. If you'd like to do that, read over the next category.

Contact Info and Paying Through the Mail:

You can email us any time for any reason at luster@lusterstudio.com. Don't be offended it if takes a day or two for us to email you back. We get an amazing amount of email. Always be sure to double check the site for answers - we try to give you as much information as possible!

If you'd like to pay with check, money order or concealed cash please email in your order (so I know what to set aside) and I'll send you all of the payment details.

Custom Orders:

At this point we're not accepting any custom orders - things are as busy as we can handle!
