*NOTHING is shipping right now. All of this sparkly fun is
in Cedar Falls, Iowa. If you've watched any US news you probably know that
we're completely flooded. There's no way to get to the post office from
here and, to be honest, still having power is pretty awesome. Shipping will
resume just as soon as possible! Thanks for your understanding!*

| Shipping Info and Options: |
Everything
is shipped via the US Postal Service. Most things go out in a small white
box filled with bright colored/polka dotted tissue paper. Larger items
either go out in a larger box or a padded envelope. Most items ship within
a week (often the next day.) Allow two weeks for orders to ship. Backorders
are noted whenever possible, but orders are shipped complete to keep shipping
cost down. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is an aditional $2. This will be added to your cart automatically at check out. Your package will usually take about 7 to 14 days to arrive, but every once in a while can stretch as long as 6 weeks (usually because it's held up in customs due to a terrorism scare, but that's happening a lot less now.) If you are shipping to ITALY please contact me first. Shipping

The
shopping cart is run by paypal. It's fast and easy, and you don't have
to register with them if you don't want. They accept credit cards and
e-checks, plus, overall, they're pretty easy to work with. |

Don't be offended it if takes a day or two for me to email you back. I get
a lot of email, and when I'm working on new merchandise I don't spend a
lot of time at the computer. If you'd like to pay with check, money order or concealed cash please email me your order (so I know what to set aside) and I'll send you all of the payment details. |

| To be honest, I don't do a lot of this. My web store usually keeps me about as busy as I can handle. Feel free to ask, though, because sometimes I can work something out! |

| About Luster: |
I run this site mostly by myself. I get some help from my mom and sister on occasion (whenever I'm desperate!) but otherwise it's pretty much me. I've got a Visual Art degree from the University of Northern Iowa. I've painted, done graphic design, sculpted, made clothes, jewelry and pretty much anything I can get my hands on. I've always liked making things, and I've had the good fortune to find people who like what I make. I've done a lot in the last 6 months to improve my business. It grew very quickly and before I was completely ready. I've improved my shipping, keep more things in inventory, and generally feel like I've become a much better designer.
